At VividPlate, we stand behind the quality of our digital menu platform. If you are not satisfied for any reason within 7 days of your first payment, we will issue a full refund.
New subscribers are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of their first payment, provided:
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
For monthly subscriptions, renewal charges are generally non-refundable. However, if you forgot to cancel before the renewal date, contact us within 48 hours of the renewal charge and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.
For yearly subscriptions, if you cancel within 30 days of renewal and have not used the service during that period, we will process a pro-rated refund for the unused months.
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
