VividPlate provides a digital menu platform for restaurants, allowing them to create, manage, and share menus via web links and QR codes. The Service is available on a subscription basis.
Premium features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly ($25/month) or yearly ($250/year). All payments are processed securely via LemonSqueezy. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to gain unauthorized access, distribute malware, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
VividPlate and its content are owned by or licensed to us. You retain ownership of content you upload but grant us a license to display it as part of the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease.
VividPlate is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
